Ana Marija Kalinic

Sveiki! I’m 23 and I’m from Split, the most beautiful city in the world :
Yeah OK, a blank page was when I arrived, but now has a few pages because I’m in Riga for 10 days now and I’m enjoying my time here
But first, about the reasons why I’m here–> came to meet & get to know Latvian people & culture, practice & develop, exchange knowledges and above all, I joined this project because I believe that the ecology should be everybody’s interest and it’s not just local, it’s a global problem. It really feels good when you see that you’r not the only one thinking like that, and visiting schools and seeing interest of participants makes me happy… Looking forward to expand my vision and explore new ideas of solving environmental problems…

Hi!
A fresh start on an empty page. Where to begin? So much work yet to be done… Good luck!

Hi,
We were very glad to see you in our school today. It’s really great that there are such persons like you and such youth organisations like AISEC who helps you to make different projects. You presentation was rather interesting and cognitive for me. I think that it’s really great experience for you to travel around the world to meet different people and cultures to collaborate with them and to share your own experience.
with best wishes,
Andrew

It was fun yesterday at your school, and yes it’s a great experience, especially when u receive feed backs like this one..
Did u think about some new revolutionary solutions during your walk (or driving bicycle
) to your home?

Your welcome. I thought a lot about different ecological problems in our country, because I like nature very much and further more I am a fisherman. Unfortunately I haven’t got a bicycle but I spent a lot of spear time on nature. To my mind people should use more recycled materials in industry und to reduce the usage of toxic materials and long decomposing materials. Authorities should make changes in legislation [to higher fines for environmental contamination and so on]. Organizations should do some campaigns with appeal to save our nature but all of that need support from government and funds.
