Hello Liepaja! Our first day here, and we are already in love! We had no lectures today, so we decided to explore the city. We are staying quite a ways from the city center (about a 40min walk), but it is ok! The weather was absolutly beautiful today, and we took in all the sights and sounds on our walk.
Eventually we arrived at the beach on the Baltic sea and it was amazing! The sand is so white and soft, and the sea looks so peaceful. We of course took many silly pictures and explored the water! We also left our mark by writing AIESEC in the sand! With the shining sun, a nice breeze, and good company…this was definitely a great start to our week in Liepaja!

Hi everyone for Casey’s and Grandmom! We just finished dinner and were jreading your blogs and wish we were there too. Sounds like you are all having a blast and proud of the job that you are doing. Hope that the weather is warmer where you are now. It looks beautiful where you are with the beach close and all. Are you ready for your presentations tomorrow?? We wish you great success with this weeks presentations. We have a holiday, but you will probably be working =) Stay safe and keep having fun.
